Akesi Mortgage Processing is a licensed Home-Based Independent Contract Mortgage Underwriting/Processing Company licensed for Business in the State of Virginia. Akesi Mortgage Processing will process your mortgage loans in a timely manner. A.M.P specializes in Conventional loans and is FHA/VA trained. With vast underwriting experience, it helps to minimize conditions and turn-time which is an important feature in today's market. Contact will be made to the applicant within 24 hours of receipt of all documentation from the Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer.

The Mortgage Company/Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer acknowledges and agrees that Akesi Mortgage Processing is not an employee of the Mortgage Company/Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer and is an independent contractor. The Mortgage Company/Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer must agree to sign a BROKER - LOAN PROCESSING AGREEMENT.

As of 3/1/2008, Please contact Akesi Mortgage Processing for Fees on:

  Conventional & FHA/VA Loans, including Streamline FHA/VA   Refinance Loans

  HELOC / 2nd Mortgage / Piggy Back 2nd (additional) - NO STAND ALONE SECONDS

  Loan submitted but fails to fund

  Loan submitted to 2nd lender (w/ revisions)

  Loan submitted to 2nd lender (w/ NO revisions)

  •  Akesi Mortgage Processing is ONLY paid on closed and funded files – there are no cancellation fees.

  • Payment Policy: Akesi Mortgage Processing will receive payment for conventional loans by invoicing the title company -- the processing fee is added to the settlement statement as an additional line item charge, similar to any other 3rd party fee. Fees for FHA/VA loans are received from the broker’s proceeds as the title company is instructed to issue a separate check to: Akesi Mortgage Processing.
